The Agreement provides for the recalculation of pensions for all persons (based on their application), both those who have been granted pensions under the former Agreement signed in Vilnius on 27 September 1994 between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of Ukraine on cooperation in the area of pension provision, and those to whom a pension was awarded in accordance with the Agreement of 2017. |
