In Munich, President Gitanas Nausėda had a meeting with President Maia Sandu of Moldova, where they discussed the security situation in the region and the challenges Moldova faces as Russia seeks to destabilize the country through hybrid means.

Minister of the Economy and Innovation Aušrinė Armonaitė, meeting today with Deputy Prime Minister Levan Davitashvili, Minister of the Economy and Sustainable Development of Sakhartvel, stressed that Lithuania has consistently supported Sakhartvel's European and transatlantic integration efforts. According to the Minister, our country's favourable investment and business environment can help Sakhartvel's start-ups and businesses to open up the EU market more widely.

On February 8, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Poland Eduardas Borisovas and the head of the Consulate in Seinai, Genadijus Mackelis, opened the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Olsztyn, in the center of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.

On 2 February, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis met with the new Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Lithuania Lim Hoon-Min. The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Lithuania and the Republic of Korea, prospects for their further development and cooperation in international organizations.

On Wednesday, President Gitanas Nausėda received letters of credence from Ambassador Grigoris Karahalios of the Hellenic Republic, Ambassador Timur Urazayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Ambassador Lim Hoon-min of the Republic of Korea.

On 29–30 January 2023, Vytautas Gapšys, Deputy Chair of the Seimas Committee on European Affairs, participated in the meeting of the Chairpersons of the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs (COSAC) in Stockholm, Sweden. This was the first parliamentary dimension event organised by the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) since 1 January 2023.

On Monday, President Gitanas Nausėda and First Lady Diana Nausėdienė visited the exhibition Ryšiai / Kizuna, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Lithuania and Japan. According to the President, the exhibition is an excellent opportunity to reflect on a shared history, as well as cultural, diplomatic and political ties between Lithuania and Japan, and to get inspiration for new ideas of cooperation.

President Gitanas Nausėda extended congratulations on Saturday to the newly elected President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel.
