Finance Minister Rimantas Sadzius says that the process of Lithuania's accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has reached the stage of direct negotiations, which is a major achievement for the country. Builders have finished work on a 45,000 square meter logistics center of the Lithuanian retailer Maxima to the south of Tallinn and the first batches of goods are expected to be delivered from the new facility to stores in January 2016.
