President Gitanas Nausėda extended congratulations to President Katalin Novák and the people of Hungary on National Day.

On 12 October in New York, the United States of America, the United Nations General Assembly voted on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and adopted a resolution, defending the principles of the Charter of the United Nations. 143 member states voted in favor of the resolution, with 35 abstaining and 5 votes against.

On Monday, Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė, who is on a working visit to France, met with the Secretary-General of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Mathias Cormann, and also addressed the OECD Council.
