On June 14 NATO Defence Ministers agreed in Brussels on the implementation of enhanced forward presence through deployment of battalion-sized multinationally-manned combat units in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland. The decision is to be approved at the NATO Summit in Warsaw on July 8-9.
