The Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius invited the United Kingdom to participate at the highest political level in the 3rd Eastern Partnership Summit this November.

Today the Lithuanian Seimas has revoked the immunity of deputy Neringa Venckienė, the chairwoman of the Seimas faction 'Drąsos kelias' ('Path of Courage').

The President of the Republic of Lithuania has met with the King of Norway Harald V in Oslo. They discussed about the bilateral relations between Lithuania and Norway, cooperation between Nordic and Baltic countries (NB8), NATO issues and the upcoming Lithuanian Presidency of the EU Council.
