Meeting of Chairpersons of the Committees on EU Affairs of the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Polish Parliaments in Tallinn2016-09-15, 16:17On 8–9 September 2016, an informal meeting of Chairs of the Committees on EU Affairs of the Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Polish Parliaments took place in Tallinn. Among other topics, the participants discussed the agenda of the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs (COSAC) due to take place in Bratislava (Slovak Republic) on 13–15 November 2016; reinforcement of the role of national Parliaments in the EU decision-making process; and progress of the EU–US negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
