Researchers of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) and Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) have joined forces developing technology for vestibular system disorders diagnosis and research. This is the first technology, which is portable and using virtual reality.

As the year approaches to an end, it is common to look back at the past year and sum up what has been achieved. The outgoing year 2016 was truly generous with outstanding achievements by members of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) community. A project commissioned by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) was awarded a gold medal on the Lithuanian Product of the Year 2016 Awards. The goal of the project was a major reconstruction of Kyviškės aerodrome's runway pavement at the Flight Training Unit of Antanas Gustaitis Aviation Institute (AGAI). The reconstruction was carried out by AB Panevėžio keliai.
