Tsewang Namgyal, the new Ambassador of the Republic of India to Lithuania and Rajinder Kumar Chaudhary, the Honorary Consul of India to Lithuania visited Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) last week. The honoured guests met with the new Rector and KTU Indian students’ community.

All students can apply for Erasmus+ study exchange period at the universities in Europe, as well as in non EU countries.

Group of synthetic organic chemists at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Lithuania have synthesised a new material, which can be used as a detector of cyanides in water. In contact with cyanides it changes colour in half a minute – more than 20 times faster than currently used colorimetric commercial cyanide detection products.
