The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the development plans for two power system synchronisation projects of special national importance. Design work for the Darbėnai-Bitėnai and Kruonis PSP-Bitėnai lines will start in the near future.

Vilnius neighbourhoods built in the Soviet years will face major changes – today, the Vilnius City Municipality presented the neighbourhood vitality programme MIESTAS +.
