Stockholm arbitration case concerning Lithuania's action against Russian gas company Gazprom has been opened in Paris. Lithuania's Energy Minsiter Rokas Masiulis attended the oral hearing on July 1st. Oral hearings will conclude the main procedures of the arbitration.

Draft plans to set sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emission limits for medium-sized combustion plants, such as electricity generators or heating systems for domestic, residential or industrial use, were informally agreed by MEPs and the Latvian Presidency of the Council on Tuesday.
