This will enable residents, medical, educational and recreational establishments located closest to the airports to receive compensation for their expenditure on noise abatement measures. At the 9th Lithuanian Tourism Forum, representatives of the private and public tourism sector started to develop a strategic document for the tourism sector - the Lithuanian Tourism Roadmap 2030, which will define the priorities for tourism development, challenges and measures to address them. During the forum, awards were also presented for achievements in Lithuanian tourism. The "Data Act", already agreed between MEPs and member states, aims to stimulate innovation by eliminating barriers to data access. MEPs are ready to start talks with EU governments on new rules to reduce road transport emissions for passenger cars, vans, buses and trucks. On Thursday, 9 November, Minister of the Economy and Innovation Aušrinė Armonaitė will open the 9th Lithuanian Tourism Forum "Tourism Roadmap: where are we going?", which will discuss the key challenges for the tourism sector, develop the Lithuanian Tourism Roadmap for 2030, and honor people of merit in tourism. The 59 apartment buildings in Vilnius that receive heat and hot water from a group heat point will be able to disconnect from the heat point with a dependent (lift) heat supply system installed in another building and install an automatic heat point in their own building. The installation or reconstruction of a new heat network and water supply for this block of flats will be financed at 100%, while the adaptation of the room required for the heat point will be financed at 50%. In addition, the managers of the building’s communal facilities will receive a grant to organise a meeting with the residents who have decided to modernise their heat point. To speed up the Rail Baltica works on the Kaunas railway node, consents for the buyout of 17 land plots have been obtained2023-11-03, 14:41In order to speed up the construction of the Kaunas railway node on the European-gauge railway Rail Baltica, the procedures for buying out the land plots needed for the project are moving forward rapidly. The Ministry of Transport and Communications has received consents from private owners for the acquisition of 17 out of 20 land plots or parts of them into the ownership of the state on commercial grounds, before the approval of the special plan and the beginning of the procedures for acquiring land for public needs. |
