From January 1, 2014, Lithuania has begun to implement the Youth Guarantee initiative. It means that all young people aged 15-29 who are neither studying, nor working, have become unemployed of left formal education will be provided with a good-quality, concrete offer, including job, apprenticeship or traineeship within 4 months after the first day of registration in the Labour Exchange.
