On 22 October in Vilnius, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Darius Skusevičius met with a delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The meeting with members of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission focused on the reform of the energy sector of Ukraine, the strengthening of economic cooperation between Lithuania and Ukraine, as well as preparations for the 4th Ukraine Reform Conference to be held next year in Vilnius.

On 16 October in Vilnius, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius met with the Ukrainian delegation headed by the Kherson Oblast Governor Yuriy Husyev. The meeting focused on bilateral cooperation between Lithuania and Ukraine, prospects for economy and tourism development in Kherson Oblast, as well as protection of Lithuania's historical and cultural heritage in the region.

On its official visit to Yerevan, Armenia, the Seimas delegation under the leadership of Viktoras Pranckietis, Speaker of the Seimas, met with Armen Sarkissian, President of the Republic of Armenia; Ararat Mirzoyan, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia; and Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
