The meeting discussed North Macedonia's integration with NATO and the European Union, regional security issues, and possibilities for strengthening our bilateral cooperation. On 12 March, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Albinas Zananavičius participated in an informal General Affairs Council (GAC) meeting in Bucharest, Romania. The meeting discussed the multiannual financial framework and the EU’s strategic agenda for the next five years. On 7 March 2019, the leadership and the chairs of the committees, commissions and political groups of the Seimas discussed major tasks of the 6th (spring) session that the Seimas is due to commence on 10 March 2019.
