Starting 2014, Erasmus+ will allow Eastern Partnership and EU countries to actively participate in bilateral academic exchange. The motto of the event is Bringing Eastern European partners closer to the EU. On behalf of the Lithuanian Presidency the event was opened by Minister of Education and Science Dainius Pavalkis.
