The Government has decided to transfer the premises of the Vilna Gaon Museum of Jewish History in Vilnius, Pylimo g. 4, to the ownership of the “Foundation for Disposal of Good Will Compensation for the Immovable Property of Jewish Religious Communities”. Currently the museum is managing the premises under the right of trust. Two more synagogue complexes in Kaunas and Panevėžys will also be transferred to the Foundation.
