On September 8-9 troops of the NATO enhanced Forward Presence Battalion Battle Group deployed in Lithuania were training in Jonava, Kaišiadorys and Elektrėnai districts. It was a preparation for a military exercise in the Gaižiūnai Training Area and surrounding area to take place by the end of the month. The exercise is planned to include movement on foot and by vehicles.
