On April 1 the German 45th Brigade reached full headquarters capacity and starts it activity in Lithuania: brigade strength has increased and all functional areas have been covered after reorganization of the initial brigade command element. Individual brigade units have been integrated into one, the 45th German Brigade assigned to Lithuania which has officially received the Brigade insignia.
