Mrs Graužinienė assured that Lithuania is ready to share, with Georgian authorities, its knowledge and experience in creating a European legal framework.
"The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania is prepared to help Georgia by communicating its experience of the EU integration. We have been engaged in active parliamentary dialogue for many years, and the Seimas has the Group for Inter-Parliamentary Relations with Georgia. I am convinced that parliamentarians' willingness to co-operate and to address the specific issues relevant to both countries will bring tangible results and benefits to the people of our countries and Georgia's future," said the Speaker of the Seimas.
The meeting was also attended by Julius Sabatauskas, Chair of the Committee on Legal Affairs, and its Deputy Stasys Šedbaras.
