The Ministers will also take stock of the progress achieved in the development of the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF), namely establishment of the NATO Force Integration Units (NFIUs) in the eastern part of the Alliance and providing for response to hybrid threats.
The Defence Ministers will also approve the new NATO Comprehensive Political Guidance – a significant defence planning document which maps out the guidelines and priorities for the Alliance's capacity building for the long-term.
