Lithuania is on the other side of the globe, but we very much admire and would like to take over your experience as regards the synthesis of clinical and academic excellence", said the PM, adding that the new agreement regarding the opening of a new clinic in Vilnius will make it possible.
The interlocutors agreed that modern medical technologies and management experience in health care as well as efficient medical services would be among the most relevant areas for cooperation.
"We have just become witnesses to the new and ambitious research and business initiative. In collaboration with Lithuanian partners, the UPMC decided to open up a new clinic in Vilnius.
