These measures will be addressed at the NATO Summit which will be held on 4-5 September in Wales, Great Britain.
According to the President, NATO needs to make a realistic reassessment of security threats and to adjust the defense plans for the Baltic States and Poland accordingly, ensure long-term security measures in the region and implement concrete deterring measures.
It is also necessary to increase the presence of allied air, ground and naval forces in our region, the President said, and to conduct joint military exercises.
