On 10-12 November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis is visiting Berlin, Germany, where he will meet with Germany's Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock. The meeting will focus on bilateral relations between Lithuania and Germany, security and defence cooperation, security situation in the region, including Russia’s war in Ukraine, comprehensive assistance to Ukraine, relations with China, other topical items on the European and international agendas.
During his visit to Berlin, Lithuania's Foreign Minister will also meet with Dr Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann, Chair of the Defence Committee of the Bundestag, Jens Plötner, Security and Foreign Policy Advisor to the German Chancellor, representatives of the Christian Democratic Union/Christian Social Union (CDU/CSU) Parliamentary Group in the German Bundestag, who are members of a foreign policy group, and representatives of Germany's key political thought institutions.
