"As Russia launches yet another massive offensive against Ukraine in the Donbass region, we must further mobilize our military support to Ukraine and reinforce our counter-measures against Russia," the President said.
Gitanas Nausėda underlined that the international community should isolate Russia across all sectors: international organizations, political and financial institutions, sanctions on all Russian banks, and refusal to import Russian oil and gas.
The President and the Baltic Prime Ministers also discussed the ongoing process of granting EU candidate status to Ukraine. Gitanas Nausėda emphasized that Lithuania consistently supports Ukraine's path to the European Union and its earliest possible EU candidate status.
