The President extended condolences over the Malaysian plane crash

President Dalia Grybauskaitė extended condolences, both on behalf of the Lithuanian people and personally, to the King of Malaysia over the tragic plane crash, resulting in the death of many people. "The plane crash is an immense tragedy not only for the loved ones of those who perished, but also for all the people of Malaysia and their friends. On behalf of the Lithuanian people and on my own behalf, I offer you our sincere condolences, support and solidarity," the President wrote in her message of condolences. In this hour of loss and sorrow, the President wished the victims' families and the people of Malaysia strength and fortitude.
