The Presidents of the Baltic states as well as the Presidents of the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Slovakia reiterated their unwavering support to independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova and the European path chosen by the citizens of the Republic of Moldova.
In mid-November, Sandu won the presidential election in Moldova with 57.72 percent of valid votes, i.e. 943,006 votes, which is the largest number of votes in the history of the Republic of Moldova.
