According to the President, Lithuania and Denmark share a growing number of interests as they develop their bilateral relations, cooperate in the Baltic Sea region, and work together in the European Union and NATO.
"I would like to thank you for your country's support to enhancing the Baltic Air Policing mission. I firmly believe that it is only through collaborative work that we can ensure the security and well-being of our people as well as maintain economic growth," the President wrote in her message of congratulations.
The Lithuanian head of state sent her best wishes for the continued good health and success of Her Majesty and members of the Royal Family as well as wished a happy national day to the people of Denmark.
