The Lithuanian head of state said she was looking forward to further mutually beneficial and increasing cooperation.
President Grybauskaitė wished Armenia's President and his country peace, stability and continued growth of welfare.
"Azerbaijan has always been and will continue to be Lithuania's important partner in Southern Caucasus, and therefore I look forward to further close cooperation," the President wrote in her message of congratulations.
The Lithuanian head of state wished Azerbaijan's President and all the people of his country much joy, peace and prosperity.
