Being aware of the situation in the region and the emerging tensions within Georgia, the Committee on Foreign Affairs called on their colleagues –– Georgian parliamentarians –– to seek a comprehensive political consensus on key decisions related to the development of democracy and the rule of law.

The Committee also invited all political forces and civil society in Georgia to continue the peaceful dialogue, which is the only way to achieve the necessary solutions.
