The President extended condolences over the tragedy in Turkey

President Dalia Grybauskaitė extended condolences to President Abdullah Gül of Turkey on the tragic death of more than two hundred people. "I was deeply shocked to hear about the tragic accident in Turkey which resulted in the loss of hundreds of innocent lives. On behalf of the people of Lithuania and myself, I extend condolences and support to your country, the victims' families and the people of Turkey," the President wrote in her message of condolences.
