“The Government of the Republic of Lithuania stands ready to respond to your request for assistance, both financially and through a contribution in kind by nominating certified construction experts. The detailed information of Lithuania’s assistance in minimising the earthquake effects will be shortly communicated to you through diplomatic channels”, reads the Prime Minister’s letter to Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama.
Prime Minister Skvernelis has wished the Government and the people of Albania strength in dealing with the effects of the natural disaster and has expressed his conviction that the European Union and its members will join hands in the recovery efforts.
