Aspects of bilateral cooperation were discussed, Denmark’s special attention to the Baltic region, and specifically Lithuania, was praised, and the will not to stop with the current level of cooperation but to strengthen it was pointed out at the meeting.
V. Umbrasas underscored that Lithuania appreciates Denmark’s support to the eastern partners – Ukraine and Georgia.
The Ambassador was interested in Lithuania’s defence spending situation and contributions to international operations.
