President Dalia Grybauskaitė offered condolences to President Miloš Zeman of the Czech Republic and President Andrzej Duda of Poland over the explosion at a Czech coal mine, which killed more than a dozen of Czech and Polish miners. At this difficult moment, President Dalia Grybauskaitė wished strength and fortitude to the victims’ families and loved ones as well as speedy recovery to the injured. Today’s blast at a coal mine near the Czech town of Karvina killed thirteen miners.
