Lithuania's Foreign Minister discussed the fight against terrorism in Brussels

On 12 July, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius participated in the Foreign Ministers Meeting of the Global Coalition Against Daesh at the invitation of the U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. In the meeting, the U.S. Secretary of State emphasized that the victories of the Global Coalition Against Daesh in Syria and Iraq must be consolidated by paying due attention to and providing resources for stabilization and reconstruction efforts. The meeting focussed on the main challenges facing the Global Coalition Against Daesh and future plans.
