Condolences over the terror attack in Pakistan

On behalf of the Lithuanian people and on her own behalf, President Dalia Grybauskaitė extended deep condolences to President Mamnoon Hussain of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan over the terror attack in Lahore that killed dozens of victims and left many more injured. The President underlined that there was no justification for such brutal act of criminal violence against innocent people, which overshadowed the celebration of Easter for all the faithful. In this hour of immense grief, the President wished fortitude to the families and loved ones of the victims, as well as consolidation and solidarity to the people of Pakistan.
