It is planned that Hostex and Hosting will be reorganized in accordance with the Part 3 of Article 2.97 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania by way of merger, by merging Hostex and Hosting, which both, after the reorganization, will cease their activities as a legal entities, into Baltic Data Centre, that will continue its activities after the reorganization.
Hosting is a dormant subsidiary of Hostex, a provider of domain registration, web Hosting and dedicated server services. Hostex is subsidiary of Baltic Data Centre, and Teo owns a 100% stake in Baltic Data Centre.
Baltic Data Centre continuing after the reorganization will take over all the assets and liabilities as well as the rights and obligations of Hostex and Hosting.
