Lithuania's parliament will have to vote on the proposed draft amendments.

"Electronic terminals would cut election administration costs, ease the administration process, make the voting process more comfortable for the disabled and, most important of all, would prevent vote buying," says Justice Minister Juozas Bernatonis.
