The daily Vakaro Zinios published many articles about company Maniga that had become the single and irreplaceable company for Susisiekimo Paslaugos, Vilnius City Municipality's enterprise engaged in transport.
For some reason only Maniga is seen as capable to maintain and operate the traffic lights system in Vilnius. Other companies that attempt to participate in related public tenders are often disregarded by the purchasing organisation and even are not invited to negotiate.
