Data from Lithuania's Centre of Registers shows that the new company was registered with the authority on Thursday and it is headed by Graham Law, finance director of Google's operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The official authorised capital of Google Lithuania stands at EUR 100,000.
Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite announced about Google's interest in Lithuania back in late January as she was attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
