According to Norwegian's communications manager, Charlotte Holmbergh Jacobsson, Palanga Airport is an important destination for many Lithuanians, living abroad. In addition, the number of Norwegian passengers is also increasing as travelers are becoming more and more interested in exploring Lithuanian resorts", said Charlotte Holmbergh Jacobsson.
The 100,000th passenger, welcomed by Palanga Airport Director, was presented with airport souvenirs – photobook and electronic baggage scales as well as flowers.
