SoDra revenue in May 2014 totalled to LTL 862.2 million (EUR 249.5 million), by 8.9% more year-on-year and by 3.6% more than projected.
In January-May SoDra collected LTL 3.92 billion (EUR 1.13 billion) in revenue (excluding health insurance contributions). That is by 8% more year-on-year and by 3.2% more than projected.
SoDra budget expenditure (excluding transfers to the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund) in January-May stood at LTL 4.65 billion (EUR 1.34 billion), or by 0.6% less year-on-year.
Budget expenses to cover pension social insurance amounted to 73% of the total expenditure and stood at LTL 3.39 billion (EUR 980 million). Compared to the previous year the amount fell by 0.1%.
In the first five months of 2014 SoDra budgetary expenditure exceeded revenue by LTL 726.5 million (EUR 210.2 million). That is by LTL 320.8 million (EUR 92.8 million) less year-on-year and by 122.7 million (EUR 35.5 million) less than planned.
In May alone budget deficit was by LTL 62.3 million (EUR 18 million) lower than any other month of 2014.
