According to the data presented by the leading company of the real estate in the Baltic States Ober-Haus, the supply of the new apartments for Vilnius market will be the largest supply in the last 6 years. Nevertheless, the supply will be 2 or 3 times smaller as it was in 2006-2008.
Last year, 22 new projects, according which 1330 new apartments were to be equipped, were proposed for Lithuanian capital's market.
According to the data of the Ober-Haus, 2 300 new apartments were sold old reserved in Vilnius in 2013. And this was 57% more as compared to 2012. In Kaunas city, the realization indicator increased by 46% (340 new apartments were sold), while in Klaipeda city, the realization indicator decreased by 23% (250 new apartments were sold).
Last year, the apartment prices in Vilnius increased by 2.8% and this was the biggest increased from 2008.
Among the 3 capitals of the Baltic States, the greatest increase in the apartment prices was registered in Estonia where the apartment prices increased by 20%. In Latvia's capital, the apartment prices increased by 4.1%.
