The passing year has not been easy, but we have done our best to move gradually forward, while looking for the most rational and beneficial decisions for the nation.
While bidding farewell to the year 2013, let us share our delight in our achievements and try to learn lessons from our mistakes. Let us welcome the New Year in good disposition and hope for a more beautiful and more meaningful life.
