It is planned to build a new multifunctional building with a concert hall, culture centre and art school.
"Summer concert complex in Palanga has become a symbol - there is no doubt that it is necessary to the largest Lithuanian seaside resort. The new complex will allow organizing concerts not only in summer but also in winter, thus more visitors will be attracted to Palanga during the winter season. I'm glad that the construction will begin," said Butkevicius.
