We believe that opening the market will help them get the best prices possible,” claimed Lietuvos Dujų Tiekimas CEO Mantas Mikalajūnas.
Agreements were signed with companies that consume themselves or sell gas to end consumers. First volumes of natural gas will be supplied to Latvia soon.
Latvia officially ended its natural gas import and supply monopoly on the 3rd of April this year.
