According to the vessel positions tracking website Marinetraffic.com, Skangass' LNG tanker Coral Energy on Tuesday morning departed Klaipeda, where it was filled with 15,000 cubic meters of LNG on Monday, and is heading to Lysekil.
This marks the first time that LNG has been exported from the Lithuanian port. The tanker was loaded with LNG at the Klaipeda terminal under an agreement signed last September by Litgas, Lietuvos Duju Tiekimas (Lithuanian Gas Supply) and Norway's Statoil.
