Wizz Air said the service should open on Sept. 18 and be operated four times a week.
The company opened flights from Vilnius to the French city of Nice in early August and the Italian resort of Bari in early October, with plans to start flying to the Icelandic capital Reykjavik on Oct. 31 and the French city of Grenoble in January of 2017.
Wizz Air currently operates flights from Lithuania's three international airports -- in Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga -- to destinations in 14 countries.
