• Up to 1,500 square meters of space for a sports museum.
• Educational facilities (kindergarten with capacity of at least 300 students).
• Facilities for football, basketball, athletics, handball and other types of sports.
• Contracting authority – Vilnius Municipality and the Department of Sports under the Government.
