UAB Merko bustas will perform through UAB Merko statyba the design and construction works of a hotel at the land plot located at Ceikiniu Street 3, Vilnius. The Ibis hotel with 164 guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar and two meeting rooms will be compliant to Accor standards.
The total sales price for the hotel building and land nust not exceed 8.5 mln euros plus value added tax.
The final sale and purchase agreement is to be executed after fulfillment of all the conditions laid down in the preliminary agreement, by June 30, 2018.
